Sombli hesabını istediğin zaman, uygulamanın içinden kendin silebilirsin.
Nasıl silinir?
- Sombli'ye giriş yap.
- Ayarlar sekmesine gir ve Hesabımı silmek istiyorum'a dokun.
- Onay kutusuna SİL yaz ve Hesabımı sil'e bas.
Uygulamaya giriş yapamıyorsan, hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresinden kvkk@sombli.app adresine yazarak da silme talebinde bulunabilirsin.
Neler silinir, ne kadar sürede?
- Hesabın hemen kapanır: profilin görünmez, mesaj alamaz ve gönderemezsin.
- 30 gün içinde fikrini değiştirirsen giriş yapıp hesabını geri alabilirsin.
- 30 günün sonunda hesabın, profil bilgilerin, gönderdiğin ve aldığın mesajlar ve sohbetlerin kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Hakkında incelemesi süren bir şikâyet varsa, ilgili kayıtlar inceleme tamamlanana kadar saklanır.
- Mevzuatın saklanmasını zorunlu tuttuğu kayıtlar (örneğin bağlantı kayıtları) ilgili süre boyunca saklanır. Ayrıntılar için gizlilik ve KVKK aydınlatma metni.
Deleting your Sombli account
You can delete your Sombli account yourself at any time from inside the app.
How to delete
- Log in to Sombli.
- Open Settings and tap I want to delete my account.
- Type DELETE in the confirmation box and tap Delete my account.
If you can't log in, you can request deletion by emailing kvkk@sombli.app from the email address registered to your account.
What is deleted, and when
- Your account closes immediately: your profile disappears and you can't send or receive messages.
- If you change your mind within 30 days, log in and restore your account.
- After 30 days your account, profile, sent and received messages and chats are permanently deleted.
- If there is an ongoing review of a report about you, related records are kept until the review is complete.
- Records the law requires us to keep (such as connection logs) are kept for the required period. See the privacy notice for details.
